Verix provides a range of engagement metrics, including:

Can I see how many recipients have claimed their credentials?

Yes! In the Analytics section, you’ll find a full breakdown of engagement. This includes the number of views, claims, and detailed actions like downloads, prints, LinkedIn shares, and verification taps. You can track exactly how many recipients viewed their credentials and what interactions followed — all displayed clearly through graphs, counts, and engagement summaries.

Can I download analytics data?

Yes! You can export a detailed engagement report by clicking the “Download summary” button on the top right of the Analytics page. This will generate a CSV file containing data like views, shares, claims, verifications, and more—giving you a comprehensive look at how your credentials are performing.

What kind of analytics can I ask Verix AI about?

You can ask the Verix AI Agent a wide range of questions to get real-time insights. Some examples include:

  • “How many people claimed the certificates?”
  • “Which group had the most shares?”
  • “How many countries had people claiming their certificates?”
  • “Which credential group had the highest engagement?”

The AI Agent pulls this data directly from your dashboard and summarizes it in a simple, easy-to-understand format—saving you the hassle of digging through reports.

What does “Claimed” mean in the analytics dashboard?

“Claimed” refers to the number of recipients who have accessed and opened their credential using the secure link provided. This indicates they’ve successfully viewed it on the Verix platform.

What does “Views” mean in Verix analytics?

“Views” show how many times a credential has been opened or looked at, either by the recipient or a third party (such as a recruiter or verifier). This includes multiple views by the same user.

What counts as a “Download”?

A “Download” occurs when the recipient (or someone else with the link) downloads the credential as an image file from Verix.

What does “Shared” mean on the dashboard?

“Shared” refers to the number of times recipients have shared their credential on social media, such as X, using Verix’s built-in sharing options.

What does “Tap on ‘Share as LinkedIn Post’” mean?

This tracks the number of times recipients clicked the option to share their credential as a LinkedIn post, helping amplify visibility and celebrate achievements publicly on their feed.

What does “Tap on ‘Add to LinkedIn Profile’” mean?

This shows how many recipients chose to add the credential to their LinkedIn profile under the “Licenses & Certifications” section. This action helps boost credibility and showcases verified skills professionally.

What does "Engaged" mean in Verix analytics?

"Engaged" refers to the total number of credentials that had at least one engagement action after issuance, such as:

  • Download
  • Print
  • Share icon click
  • Add to LinkedIn
  • Share as LinkedIn post
  • Share on X
  • Copy link
  • Verify tap
  • Reward consumption

It tracks meaningful interactions beyond just viewing the credential.

Can I see where my credentials are being viewed or claimed?
