Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise B2B sales, with an interest to learn about emerging technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure that our clients receive unparalleled service and value.
Responsibilities:
- Own revenue targets and quarterly quotas to achieve for India market.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and pursue new business opportunities.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales activity and revenue, and providing regular updates to senior leadership.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Develop a deep understanding of their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Understand and articulate the value of Virtualness’ products and services. Present and demonstrate solutions that meet client needs, leveraging a consultative sales approach.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and terms, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the client and Virtualness.
- Design and implement robust sales related processes in the organization to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Use this knowledge to position Virtualness as a leader in the market.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Provide feedback to product teams to influence future development based.
- Serve as a mentor to junior team members, sharing best practices and contributing to a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Must Haves:
- 12+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role, preferably within the blockchain, tech, or SaaS industries.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, managing high-value accounts, and driving business growth.
- Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and client feedback to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Excellent time management, follow-through, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English communication
