How to create a credential on Verix?

Step 1: Access the Self-Serve Dashboard

Navigate to the Verix self-serve dashboard on your device.

Click on "Home" to access the main menu.

Step 2: Start Your Creation

Click the “Create” button located on the right-hand side of the screen.

Step 3: Choose Your Format

Select the type of credential you’d like to create:

  • Certificates: Ideal for product authentication, professional development, digital degrees, or proof of employment.
  • Awards & Trophies: Perfect for events, celebrating achievements, or rewarding employees and customers.
  • Events- Ideal for issuing generic badge of attendance or increasing engagement.

Step 4: Enter Collection Details

  • Input the title for your collection of credentials. 
  • Provide any additional details that best describe the set of credentials.

Step 5: Create Your Design

Click on “Create Design” to begin customizing your credential.

Choose one of the following options to craft your design:

  • Template: Pick from our curated selection of templates.
  • Create with AI: Enter a prompt to generate a custom template.
  • Upload: Bring your own design by uploading a file from your computer.

Step 6: Customize Your Design

  • Position the variable fields on the template (e.g., recipient's name, company name).
  • Add personalized variables as necessary.
  • Adjust text properties to fit your vision: Modify the font style, size, and color to match your theme.
  • Adjust and position the QR Code (we recommend the bottom-left corner for optimal visibility).

Step 7: Preview Your Design

Click on “Print Preview” to see how your final design will look.

If you’re happy with the preview, click “Continue” and then “Next.”
