Why am I not receiving the OTP email while logging into Verix?

If you’re not receiving the OTP email, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Check your spam/junk folder – Sometimes, OTP emails may land there.
2️⃣ Ensure you’re using the correct email – Enter the same email address that you received your Verix certificate from your issuer on.
3️⃣ Wait a few minutes – It can take a few minutes for the OTP to arrive.
4️⃣ Resend the OTP – Click the “Resend OTP” button on the login screen.
5️⃣ Try a different network – If you’re on a restricted network, switch to mobile data or another Wi-Fi.
